What in the world is causing my genitals to itch? - pubic itchiness crabs

I have an extremely annoying discomfort scrotum itching me all day and keeps me awake at night. There is no discoloration, and had no sexual contact with someone. The only other symptoms that the itching is slightly enlarged follicles, but I do not believe that the crabs because I do not see the slow and in the scrotum, which never moves remain localized on the pubic hair. Please I suffered for two years and were embarrassed to be a doctor. What do you think I am?
